Term's and conditions

Studio AR - Eyelash Technician/Brow Specialist 

  •   Arrival - Please arrive on time to your appointment with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

  • Photography - You give your consent for any photographs/videos taken of my lashes can be used on Studio AR's website/social media. 

  • Infills - I will do what I can within the hour infill slot. If I feel that it has been left too long since your last infill, I will suggest making your next infill appointment sooner. My suggestion will always be to come back 2/3 weeks from your full set for an infill, to upkeep the fullest and healthiest lashes possible. 

  • Sickness - If you, another person in your household, or anyone who you have been in contact with within 14 days has/had any cold, flu or Covid symptoms, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date (after 14 days). If you arrive to your appointment showing any symptoms, you will be turned away and not allowed to reschedule an appointment for at least 14 days.

  • Cancellation + No Show - As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours before your appointment via email. Appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 24 hours before, but the £10 booking fee that is paid at time of making the appointment will not be refunded under any circumstances. My cancellation policies are as follows: 

  • If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment- 50% of the remaining balance will be due to be paid.

  • If cancellation is made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment - 100% of the remaining balance is due to be paid. You will not be able to rebook with us until the outstanding balance is paid. 

  • Other Eyelash Artists Work -I do not infill over another lash artists work. If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, your current extensions will need to be removed. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. You can book a removal with myself for £10, or a removal is free when a full set is already booked in.

  • After Hours Appointments - Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional £10 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.

  • Refund Policy - You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is at the fault of application or product.

  • Patch Tests - The adhesive used for eyelash extensions is a medical grade and is only to be applied to lashes, not the skin. It is very unlikely that clients will experience an allergic reaction, so it is your choice if you would like to book a patch test or not. However it is required for eyebrow tinting that a small amount of tint is applied to the client at least 24 hours before a full service is carried out. If there is any sign of redness, itching, swelling or blistering do not proceed with the treatment. 

COVID-19 POLICIES

  •  Each client will be asked the following questions before being allowed onto the premises:

- Do you have/have you had a cough within the last 14 days?

- Do you have/have you had a fever within the last 14 days?

- Have you been in contact with anyone who has/has had these symptoms within the last 14 days?

- Do you live with someone who is currently sick/quarantined?

  • Please come to your appointment alone and on time. I am giving myself extra time between clients to fully disinfect the salon, so if you arrive early or late I will not have the time to do this and therefore your appointment will be delayed or possibly cancelled. 

  • No mask, no entry. If you do not have a mask to bring with you, you can purchase one from us for £1.

  • Only bring essential items with you, please leave coats etc. in the car or at home. Any personal belongings you do bring will be asked to be put into an open box until the service is complete. 

  • You will be asked to thoroughly wash your hands before the service starts. 

  • All blankets/cotton covers will be removed from the bed, as this makes it easier to disinfect between each client. If you are someone who gets cold, please wear more layers to keep yourself warm.

  • The window will be kept open at all times to keep a flow of air through the studio.

  • No refreshments will be offered during the appointment. If need be, please bring your own drink with you - must be in a bottle with a secure lid. 

  • The toilet will be unavailable to use before and after your appointment. 

  • If you have travelled abroad within 14 days of your appointment, please double check the government website to make sure you don't have to quarantine for 14 days after you arrive home. If you have, contact me asap to move your appointment till this quarantine period ends.
